LocusPoint Networks, the company that bought the only NBC affiliated station in New Jersey, then lost the affiliation, has just closed on two more small stations.
The company has closed on the purchase of both WMKE in Milwaukee, Wisc. and WLEP in Erie, Pa. Each station went for $2.5 million
LocusPoint is rumored to be buying smaller stations with the intention of selling them in the FCC’s incentive auction.
