Lindsay Watts has announced her departure from Fox owned Washington, D.C. station WTTG after more than six years.

“Goodbye @fox5dc!” Watts wrote on Twitter. “Such a tough thing to say. I’ve spent almost half my news career here & worked w/ some phenomenal people. I appreciate the opportunity to stay, but decided it’s time for a change. I love this area & plan to stick around!”

There’s no word where she’s heading next.
