NBC News correspondent Kevin Tibbles is reporting from Minot, ND this week along the rising Souris River. In a story for Nightly News Thursday he spoke with Minot resident Tom Ross, who happens to be the station manager of NBC affiliate KMOT-TV, a semi-satellite of KFYR in Bismark (market #157). Ross is also covering the story for his station which produces its own newscasts.
