KABC multimedia journalist Jessica De Nova is not going to let crimes against journalists go unreported.
On Twitter, the Los Angeles broadcaster shared a picture of her news van parked in a lot, along with this message.
“Today #SaltCreekBeach locals shared what surfing daily means to them. While I worked someone slashed my tire. I urge other journalists to report crimes like these & continue working to give our communities a place to share how #COVID19 is affecting them.”
De Nova posted two pictures of her van, one from far away and the other a close up of the tire, which showed a puncture mark.
Last week, TVSpy told you about a local news videographer who was assaulted while covering a story in the field.
