James Galindo Named Station Manager of KERO in Bakersfield

James Galindo has been named station manager at Scripps-owned ABC affiliate KERO in Bakersfield.

Before joining Scripps, Galindo was the general sales manager at KGET in Bakersfield for the last six years.

“James has a deep understanding of the market – having started his career in Bakersfield in 2000,” said Dean Littleton, senior vice president of local media for Scripps. “His demonstrated leadership, sales skills and understanding of the market make him a great fit to lead KERO.”
