WXMI-TV (Channel 17) has named a new co-anchor for its News at Ten.
Hailey Frances joins co-anchor Christian Frank for the nightly news for the FOX-TV affiliate in Grand Rapids. The announcement was made today.

Frances also will serve as a reporter for the early evening News at Six broadcast.
Frances comes from Houston, where she spent one year at KIAH-TV as an entertainment/feature reporter, a general assignment reporter and as a fill-in anchor. More…
