Fox-owned station WTVT has the market wrapped up with a 58 share and a total combined Facebook/Instagram/Twitter audience of 2,381,656. Scripps-owned ABC affiliate WFTS had a 19 Share and a total Audience of 1,122,532.
Share Rocket says a lot of the WTVT lead is driven by the main station Facebook page. Its Audience of 1,367,962 is roughly double that of its second-largest competitor WFTS (686,198).
WTVT chief meteorologist Paul Dellegatto is the top individual in social with a 3.9 share and a combined Facebook/Instagram/Twitter Audience of 196,725.
WTVT traffic and entertainment reporter Vanessa Ruffes grew her Share by more than 25 percent and her total Audience by more than 4 percent, ranking her fourth among individuals in the Tampa market.
