Longtime Cleveland anchor Dick Feagler has died at 79.
Feagler anchored at WKYC and hosted his own show, Feagler and Friends, on WVIZ.
Former WKYC political reporter Tom Beres tweeted, “So sad to learn of the passing of columnist, commentator and newsman’s newsman Dick Feagler. He knew CLE better than anyone. His common sense and conscience made him a great storyteller.”
Feagler was also a columnist for The Plain Dealer and inducted into the Press Club of Cleveland Journalism Hall of Fame.

I was lucky to work with him twice, at the Press and TV 3.
