With All Due Respect, the afternoon Bloomberg Politics show hosted by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann will come to an end, and its two hosts will be leaving day-to-day roles at the company, The Huffington Post reports.
Halperin and Heilemann will continue to host through Dec. 2. This also means MSNBC will need to look for a new 6 p.m. show, which is when WADR re-airs each day.
WADR’s senior broadcast producer Rob Gifford left Bloomberg last week for a senior producer job at CBSN.
The irreverent politics show hosted by two of the most in-the-know political reporters around, debuted in Oct. 2014 and always appeared to be a run-of-election show. Halperin and Heilemann are also co-eps and co-hosts of Showtime’s The Circus.
Bloomberg also announced today that Megan Murphy, Bloomberg’s DC bureau chief, is taking over as editor of Bloomberg Businessweek.
