Sunday Show Ratings: October 8

By A.J. Katz

There was another split decision in the Sunday show ratings race. CBS’s Face the Nation with John Dickerson is once again No. 1 in total audience, while NBC’s Meet the Press with Chuck Todd is the most-watched among adults 25-54.

Each of the English language Sunday politics shows were down from the comparable Sunday last year (Oct. 9), which just so happened to be presidential debate day. We have yet to receive the October 8 ratings for Al Punto, but we’ll include those when we do.

Face the Nation has now been the most-watched Sunday politics show for back-to-back weeks, and is presently +6 percent in total viewers this season to-date.
