  · A Fox insider responds: “How can anyone tell that Spitzer was on CNBC? They’ve become cable’s wasteland where ratings go to die…”

  · “Spitzer won’t go on Fox because he will run for governor as a Democrat,” an e-mailer says. “He has done a fine job exposing much (but not all) of the bullshit that goes on in corporate America but he is still very much a political animal.”

  · “Spitzer and CNBC’s Jim Cramer are best buddies,” another e-mailer notes. “Maybe Cramer has asked him to stay off of Fox, but Spitzer likes publicity and I’m not sure why he might be shunning Cavuto.”

  · “With the exception of Spitzer, I think Cavuto has had on everyone who has any type of influence on Wall Street, the economy in general, our politics and government, etc,” Joann writes. “…Cavuto is quite justified in trying to find out why Spitzer won’t appear.”
