MSNBC’s Creative Services Department has produced several memorable spots in the last couple of years. Remember the bowtie promos for Tucker Carlson or the D-Day at 60 adverts? Well the network has received several Telly Awards and CINE Golden Eagle Awards for its creative commercials.
Val Nicholas, Dave McCoy and co. received silver Telly awards for the “Entertainment Hot List image spot” and the “Coming Home trailer,” and bronze awards for “Return to Flight trailer,” “Tucker on his bow tie trailer,” and “D-Day at 60 trailer.” (Last July, I called The “Return to Flight” trailer MSNBC’s “best promo ever.”)
The team also received CINE Global Eagle Awards for “MSNBC election coverage that rocks” and “Tucker Carlson — the legend.” The full list of winners is after the jump…
