MSNBC deleted and apologized for a tweet Saturday calling it “inappropriate.” On Friday evening, an MSNBC social media editor tweeted a story from Now This News about a police chase in which an officer was dragged 100 feet by the fleeing suspect. The editor added the comment: “Does it count as a police chase if you drag the cop along for the ride?”
