Morning Show Ratings In Blue & Green: Week of August 15

NBC: “NBC News’ ‘Today’ takes the week with 5.3 million viewers.”

ABC: “GMA continues rise as fastest growing morning program; Only 400,000 total viewers seperate GMA and Today.”

NBC: “Today led with a 4.3 household rating/16 share and 5.3 million viewers. GMA remained in second place with a 3.9/15 and 4.9 million viewers. CBS’ The Early Show finished third with a 2.0/7 and 2.4 million viewers.”

ABC: “GMA slashes NBC lead by a whopping 83% vs. same time last year.”

NBC: “Season-to-date, ‘Today’ is outperforming GMA in adults 25-54 by 461,000 (+19%), and in adults 19-49 by 544,000 (+28%).”

ABC: “GMA Growth: Up 17% in total viewers and up 34% in adults 25-54; NBC and CBS continue decline in both categories.”
