“Bruce Perlmutter is leaving MSNBC,” TV Week’s Michele Greppi scoops. “He was executive producer of ‘Deborah Norville Tonight,’ which left the MSNBC lineup in January just shy of a year after launch.”
When primetime VP Phil Griffin moved to 30 Rock, Rick Kaplan named Perlmutter “interim primetime coordinator.”
But that apparently didn’t last long. Perlmutter’s last day is today; an MSNBC spokesperson said he is leaving to pursue other opportunities…
