ABC’s World News Tonight touted an “exclusive” interview with Anastasia Boylan, a survivor from the Umpqua Community College shooting, last night. However, Boylan also spoke to NBC News’ Miguel Almaguer and a portion of their interview aired Monday on NBC Nightly News.
In fact, NBC aired the interview before ABC’s “exclusive.” Nightly News’ story aired at 6:39 p.m., while WNT’s aired at 6:42 p.m ET.
