NBC Nightly News was top-rated among total viewers all five nights last week, NBC says. Nightly News delivered 441,000 more viewers than World News and 1,575,000 more than the CBS Evening News. But in homes and the 25-54 demo, the gap is much tighter… see below.
“Compared to the same week a year ago, World News closed the gap with NBC by 65% among Total Viewers and by 56% among Adults 25-54,” ABC says.
Compared to the previous week, NBC was down more than 400k, while ABC and CBS were up slightly.
For the week of Nov. 13:
Total viewers: NBC: 9,380,000 / ABC: 8,950,000 / CBS: 7,810,000
Homes: NBC: 6.4/12 / ABC: 6.3/12 / CBS: 5.5/10
25-54 demo: NBC: 2.4/9 / ABC: 2.3/9 / CBS: 2.0/7
