Erin Burnett — Impressed Expensively

By SteveK

CNBC anchor Erin Burnett knows money and she knows what she wants in a man. Apparently the two go very much hand-in-hand. Burnett writes a list entitled “8 Ways to Impress Me” in this month’s Men’s Health magazine, and it highlights some expensive options. Burnett lists, “Relax Me,” and explains, “Yoga keeps me calm, so I’d be impressed if you thought to send a yoga instructor to my apartment for private sessions,” and “Please My Palate,” writing, “Hiring a personal chef to prepare meals for the few nights a week I am home would be unforgettable.”

How about “Do Something Nice for My Parents”? That equates to buying, “round-trip business-class tickets to Australia and New Zealand for my parents.”

The New York Post’s Page Six picked up on Burnett’s list today, calling her “Maria Bartiromo‘s foxy rival at CNBC” and a “high maintenance news hottie.” After listing almost all eight ways to impress Burnett, the Post concludes, “Our wallet is exhausted just reading this.”
