Fox News will hand the plum assignment of covering the Hillary Clinton campaign to Ed Henry. Bill O’Reilly made the announcement on “The O’Reilly Factor” Thursday night, though Henry mentioned on Twitter weeks ago that he’d be lead correspondent on Democratic candidates in 2016, and Carl Cameron would take the lead on the GOP.

Henry has spent the last two weeks covering the Clinton campaign’s first trips to Iowa and New Hampshire. Henry will keep his title as chief White House correspondent. In a March conversation with O’Reilly, the “Factor” host joked at Clinton’s response to having Henry covering her campaign: “She must be thrilled about that, Henry.”
