Debates: Why CNN Isn’t Restricting Video

In an interview with WashingtonPost.com, CNN exec David Bohrman explained the network’s decision to release debate footage without restrictions:

“Jim Walton, who runs all of CNN, has been acutely involved in all of our web enterprises… He said ‘Here’s the deal, let’s release it without restriction.’ It’s important to the country. It’s important to be able to hold these candidates liable for what they said.”
