During Fox News Watch, Eric Burns “is a witty traffic cop of sorts, making sure everyone gets time to address a topic,” this Zap2It profile says.

“My hands are constantly going throughout the show,” Burns explains. “As soon as someone starts talking, I look around and see who’s getting animated, on the basis of body language.

Like an orchestra conductor, I’ll point at someone [as a cue to speak next]. Especially since the show is so short, and we have so much to cover in 30 minutes, I think it works best if I don’t ask a lot of questions.”
