‘CBS Sunday Morning’ Has Biggest Audience in 21 Years

Just as the weekday CBS morning show sees momentum, the venerable “CBS Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood,” too, is seeing strong growth.

Last Sunday, the 90-minute program averaged 6.79 million viewers and a 1.6/08 in the A25-54 demo, its largest audience since Jan. 23, 1994. Compared to the same day a year ago, “Sunday Morning” was up +18% in viewers and up +14% in the demo. Season-to-date, the show is up +3% in viewers and flat in the demo compared to last year.
