In a joint interview Thursday with Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity, three women who have long accused Bill Clinton of inappropriate conduct said despite the sudden emergence of sexual assault as an issue in the campaign, the “mainstream media” has not reached out to talk to them.
“Nothing like CNN, or NBC, or ABC, or CBS” said Juanita Broaddrick, who appeared with Paula Jones and Kathleen Willey.
“26 days to go, and they haven’t contacted you,” asked Hannity. “Does that reek of politics to you?” Broaddrick said “oh my goodness, yes.”
But journalists immediately took to Twitter to say they had, in fact, tried repeatedly to speak to the women–without success:
Sean Hannity is blatantly fucking lying about the media not interviewing or making an effort to interview Bill’s accusers.

I spoke to her for a half hour in January but she refused to let me quote her for the record https://t.co/edCIliLTpK

Accusers tell #hannity that no MSM media outlets have reached out to them, but I sent multiple requests to Kathleen Willey on Tuesday

Donald Trump had intended to appear on Hannity with the women, but canceled his appearance.
