After Harvey’s Landfall, Reporters and Anchors Head to Inland Texas

Cable, broadcast and streaming news coverage continues this morning of Hurricane Harvey which made landfall around 11 p.m. Friday night as a devastating category 4 storm near Rockport, Texas.

The concern now is the days of rain expected for central and eastern Texas as the storm stalls.

NBC’s Lester Holt will anchor Nightly News tonight and tomorrow night. He co-anchored Weekend Today and appeared on MSNBC this morning.

The CBS Weekend News will originate from Galveston tonight and tomorrow night with DeMarco Morgan anchoring.

ABC’s Tom Llamas will anchor World News Tonight Sunday from Texas.
