The staffing shakeup continues at The Today Show. Last week, producer Andrea Montalbano became the first to leave under EP Jim Bell. Her replacement is Noah Oppenheim. More changes are coming this week, an insider says.

Morale isn’t high at Today, but it’s not because of the ratings: It’s the poor decisions by Tom Touchet and recent changes at the top. But the morning show world is cyclical, and staffers at Today know improvements take time. Despite the emphasis on weekly ratings, this is a slow crawl…
