Peter Jennings‘ long-time writer and producer, Steve Alperin, has been named senior broadcast producer for ABCNEWS.com. “He will be responsible for the day-to-day editorial content and for helping implement the new effort to integrate ABC News programs with the Web site,” ABC said. He will report to digital executive producer Michael Clemente.
