Truth Be Told: Season 3 and 4 Other Trailers You Missed

Today’s trailer roundup includes Apple TV+’s Truth Be Told: Season 3, Netflix’s You People, Bake Squad: Season 2 and Showtime’s Murder in Big Horn.

Season 3 of Truth Be Told returns on Jan. 20 on Apple TV+. The new season will follow Octavia Spencer’s character Poppy as she teams up with “an unorthodox principal” (Gabrielle Union) and works to keep the names of missing Black girls in the public eye while chasing down leads to a suspected sex trafficking ring that may be connected to the disappearances.


You People debuts on Netflix on Jan. 27. A new couple learns that opposites attract, but some families don’t when they confront their parent’s clashing views of their relationship in this comedy written by Jonah Hill and Kenya Barris. You People stars Jonah Hill, Lauren London, David Duchovny, Nia Long, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Eddie Murphy.

Bake Squad: Season 2 premieres on Jan. 20. The expert bakers elevate desserts with next-level ideas and epic execution to create showstopping centerpieces for someone’s extra special big day. Each brilliant member of the Bake Squad was personally selected by Milk Bar founder Christina Tosi, who built an empire on delicious cookie dough.

Murder in the Big Horn premieres on Showtime on Feb. 3 on-demand and on streaming platforms and on-air on Feb. 5. Directors Razelle Benally and Matthew Galkin focus on portraits of tribal members and their communities within Big Horn County, Mont., battling an epidemic of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (MMIW) that has been prevalent since colonization.

A Year on Planet Earth will debut Sunday, Jan. 8 on Fox Nation. Narrated by Stephen Fry, the six-part series draws on the most captivating and dramatic stories from across the globe and showcases the many wonders of the world, revealing the fascinating ways in which all life is connected and how massive natural events affect the lives of individual animals.
