Tell Me Lies follows the turbulent but seductive relationship of Lucy Albright (Van Patten) and Stephen DeMarco (White) over eight years. When the pair meet in college, they are at that formative age when seemingly mundane choices lead the way to irrevocable consequences. Although their relationship starts off like any other ordinary campus romance, they soon become entangled in a messy relationship that will forever change not only their lives but also everyone else’s as well.

Meaghan Oppenheimer, who also served as executive producer and showrunner, adapted the book for television. Emma Roberts, Karah Preiss, Matt Matruski, Laura Lewis, Stephanie Noonan, Shannon Gibson, Sam Schlaifer and Jonathan Levine are all executive producers.
