TBD.com announces first blog partners

By Cory Bergman

The highly-anticipated DC news startup, TBD.com, announced today it’s first wave of local blog partners, with more to come. Among the sites are ARLNow.com, RockvilleCentral.com and WeLoveDC.com.

“When we launch, you’ll see posts from the following blogs highlighted on TBD.com,” explains the TBD blog. “We’re happy to have them and hope that you’ll become fans of these blogs just as we hope you’ll eventually make TBD your homepage.”

I’m a big fan of TBD.com’s community-focused approach — and I’m anxiously awaiting their launch — but if I may offer a bit of nitpicking from the perspective of a neighborhood blogger: some neighborhood/town blogs already are the homepage of their community.

TBD.com is scheduled to launch sometime this summer.
