RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Production Manager & Retirement Living
Networks TV show team by doing the following:

Remote ENG Shoots financials:

.Reconciliation of petty cash and manager’s checks
.T&Es
.Code Shoot Time sheets

Production Logistics:

.Book ENG crews
.Maintain production files and paperwork
.Travel
.Transportation
.Talent Bookings interface with Talent department
.Permits
.Book freelance field production assistants
.Catering
.Craft Service
.Communications/walkies
.Truck Rentals
.Expendables
.Location Office set-up
.Insurance
.Tape stock
.Car Service Orders
.Contact Sheets
.Dub Requests
.Runs/errands outside of office
.Supervise freelance Production Assistants
.Scouting Logistics

Job Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years work experience as a Production Coordinator
*Ability to multi-task in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
*Ability to meet deadlines. .Strong skills in MS Word, Excel,
Outlook.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
