Dark Horse Comics announced plans to publish a new Serenity comic series called Serenity: No Power in the ’Verse. Serenity originated as a television show called Firefly created by Joss Whedon.
Chris Roberson has signed on to write the story. Georges Jeanty has come on board to create the illustrations. The first of six issues in this comic series will be released on October 26.

Tensions are at an all-time high when the crew receives a call to help find a missing friend. The crew must come together to discover the answers to her mysterious disappearance. Will they find her in time?”
