Black Widow Battles Hawkeye in the New Captain America: Civil War International Trailer

Marvel Entertainment has released a new international trailer for Captain America: Civil War. The video embedded above offers glimpses of Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and Tom Holland as Spider-Man.

Here’s more from Entertainment Weekly: “The new trailer is mostly made up of clips we’ve already seen — Spider-Man, a.k.a. Underoos, still only says two words — but there are a few new shots, most notably an exchange between Hawkeye and Black Widow. Civil War’s debate over superhero registration finds Natasha siding with Iron Man and Clint supporting Cap, and the two longtime friends come to blows in the new trailer. ‘We’re still friends, right?’ Black Widow asks as they struggle. ‘Depends on how hard you hit me,’ Hawkeye replies.”

The Russo Brothers joined forces and served as the co-directors. The Wall Street Journal reports that this highly anticipated film adaptation will hit theaters on May 6. Last year, Marvel announced that the Spider-Man reboot is slated to come out in July 2017 and Black Panther will hit theaters in February 2018.
