Carried by its top-rated live coverage of President Biden’s 2023 State of the Union address (and Republican response) Tuesday, Feb. 7, Fox News Channel was again the top cable news network for the week in total viewers and adults 25-54, finishing substantially ahead of its MSNBC and CNN competition.
