Senate Intelligence Committee Subpoenas Trump Attorney Michael Cohen

The Senate Intelligence Committee has issued a subpoena to compel Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, to appear before the panel next month to formally correct false testimony he delivered last year about a proposed Trump Organization project in Moscow, one of his lawyers confirmed on Thursday. Cohen had agreed to testify under oath before Congress but announced Wednesday that would be delayed out of fear for his and his family’s safety. (Mediaite)

Cohen will comply with a subpoena from the Senate Intelligence Committee to testify before that panel, Cohen’s lawyer Lanny Davis said Thursday. (Politico)
