Jake Tapper’s Top Producer Ousted Over Inappropriate Relationship With Subordinate

By Brad Pareso

Jake Tapper’s executive producer, Federico Quadrani, was ousted from the news network last week after it came to light that he’d been hooking up with a subordinate, according to sources. (Page Six)

Page Six reports that Tapper was presented with “something that he couldn’t ignore” concerning Quadrani, who was already under investigation by CNN HR for a separate incident. Tapper took this information to human resources, which resulted in the termination of Quadrani and the unnamed staffer on Friday. (TVNewser)

Prior to joining Tapper’s team for The Lead With Jake Tapper in 2013, Quadrani worked MSNBC as an executive producer on The Daily Rundown With Chuck Todd and MSNBC’s weekend programming. The EP also previously worked at Today from 2003–2009 after working ABC’s Good Morning America from 1998–2003. (TheWrap)
