Hunter Biden Threatens to Sue Fox News for Airing ‘Revenge Porn’

By Brad Pareso

Lawyers for Hunter Biden plan to sue Fox News “imminently,” according to a letter sent to the network and obtained by NBC News. The letter, dated April 23, puts Fox News Channel and Fox News Digital on notice for litigation claims arising from the network’s alleged “conspiracy and subsequent actions to defame Mr. Biden and paint him in a false light; the unlicensed commercial exploitation of his image, name and likeness; and the unlawful publication of hacked intimate images of him.” (NBC News)

The letter, which Biden’s counsel transmitted to attorneys at Fox News last week, includes a request for the conservative news outlet to “preserve all documents potentially relevant to the allegations in this letter”—a common precursor to litigation. (ABC News)

The lawyers also demanded that Fox News take down their special, The Trial of Hunter Biden—a six-part mock trial focused on his foreign business dealings. (Axios)

The series—which is formatted as a mock trial of President Joe Biden’s son for charges including violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act and bribery—features images taken from Hunter Biden’s now-infamous laptop that show him nude and in compromising positions with an array of women, as well as doing drugs.
