Former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros accused former Fox News chairman Roger Ailes and current high-level executives of using electronic surveillance and computer hacking to retaliate against her for making sexual harassment claims. (HuffPost)

Tantaros, who hosted The Five on Fox News, made the accusations in a lawsuit filed on Monday. In the suit, Tantaros alleges spyware was installed on her computer after she made claims about the behavior of former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes and former host Bill O’Reilly. (Mashable)

In the lawsuit, she claims that executives Bill Shine, co-president of Fox News, and Irena Briganti, Fox News executive, have retaliated against her “through illegal electronic surveillance,” the hacking of her personal computer, and the use of so-called “sock puppet” social media accounts to stalk her. Tantaros sued in 2016 claiming Ailes sexually harassed her. Attorneys denied the allegation, which was filed in a New York State court. They said she couldn’t even sue under the terms of her contract. Instead, she was supposed to handle everything through a private arbitration agreement. (LawNewz)
