The town hall will air in prime time at 9 p.m. Johnson and Weld will field questions from voters, and Anderson Cooper will moderate. It will be the second town hall CNN has hosted with Libertarian candidates this year. The channel previously hosted a town hall featuring Johnson and Weld back in June.
