CBS’ Late Show With Stephen Colbert, NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon Will Return to Live Crowds

Stephen Colbert will break free of his coronavirus-imposed restrictions and return to doing CBS’ Late Show in front of full live audiences starting June 14. (Variety)

All guests of the show will need to require proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and face masks will be optional for those in the crowd. Crew members will continue to be tested for the virus on a regular basis. It has been more than a year since Colbert’s Late Show taped from The Ed Sullivan Theater. (THR)

NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is also planning to have a full, vaccinated audience in 30 Rock early next month. It comes three months after the series brought back a limited audience on March 22. (Deadline)
