John Bolton Says His Account of Trump Foreign Policy Risks Being ‘Suppressed’ by White House

Former White House national security adviser John Bolton on Monday questioned whether it was “fair” that President Trump has called him a liar on the subject of Ukraine, but added “I can’t talk about it.” (WaPo)

Bolton also decried potential White House “censorship” of his upcoming book in his first public appearance since the Senate voted not to hear testimony from him during Trump’s impeachment trial. (The Hill)

Bolton said during Monday’s event that the White House was still doing a pre-publication review of his manuscript. (Reuters)

The administration has argued much of the book can’t be published due to the sensitivity of the content. It is due to be published in March. (CNN)
