Los Angeles-based communications firm Fifteen Minutes appointed former head of PR for Red Bull Records Kate Cafaro as account supervisor and will work with Red Bull Records artists in the future. 

-Marketing advisory firm Prosper Group appointed former Levick president Mark Irion as senior advisor

San Luis Obispo County in California appointed Virginia agency BCF as its AOR. BCF beat out some 14 other agencies to win the appointment.

-Independent global marketing service company Ad2pro Media Solutions appointed Fred Schuster as CEO of global brand solutions.
