-SapientNitro London has brought on Saatchi & Saatchi/RMG Connect alum Trefor Thomas as creative director.

-Tony Bartolucci, who’s spent the last three years as an ACD at DDB New York and has also freelanced at the likes of BBDO NY and Campfire, is heading overseas to assume a senior art director role at 180 Amsterdam.

-Havas was one of the big winners at the 21st Cresta International Advertising Awards. The agency picked up Network of the Year and its London office nabbed a Grand Prix. Peep full winners gallery here.

-To promote season three of Teen Wolf (that’s still on?), MTV France and social agency Darewin have launched a campaign to take advantage of a Twitter bug that produces visual irregularities (see above). According to the parties involved, the effort has seen more than 4600 retweets on hashtag #TeenWolfFR in 24hrs. link

-Fort Lauderdale-based, Omnicom-owned Zimmerman, which picked up media duties for Logan’s Roadhouse earlier this month, has now been tapped to serve as AOR for national retailer, A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts. As A.C. Moore AOR, Zimmerman will handle all strategy, creative and integrated media planning/buying for the brand.

-Commercial/music video director Ehsan Bhatti has signed to the roster of Euro production company Wanda, which has offices in Paris, London and Hamburg.
