McDonald’s-focused Omnicom unit We Are Unlimited expanded its creative team with four new hires.

Cristina “Tin” Sanchez (pictured, second from right) joins We Are Unlimited as group creative director, creative partners Jimmy Dietzen (pictured, far right) and Josh Mizrachi (pictured, second from left) arrive as creative directors and Kat Dudkiewicz (pictured, far left) joins the agency as an associate creative director. Each of the new arrivals will report to We Are Unlimted chief creative officer Toygar Bazarkaya, who joined the agency in April of 2017.

“We Are Unlimited is a new kind of agency, driven by collaboration and breaking from the traditional agency model. Our recent success at the international award shows is an indication of the extremely talented team we have working together at the agency, and of what you can expect from Unlimited,” Bazarkaya said in a statement. “I couldn’t be more excited that we continue attracting top creatives from Chicago and around the world, building on the agency’s momentum.”

A 20-year industry veteran, Sanchez joins We Are Unlimited from Digitas LBi, where she served as senior vice president, group creative director for the New York region and led the AstraZeneca account after joining the agency from Ogilvy in January of 2017. Sanchez spent a year and a half with Ogilvy London as group creative director on Dove, following a series of executive creative director roles with BBDO Guerrero Manila in the Philippines and FCB Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.

Dietzen and Mizrachi arrive from Cramer-Krasselt, where they served as creative directors, working with brands including Heinz, Pacifico Beer and BIC. Prior to joining C-K in 2013, they served as associate creative directors and then creative directors for Energy BBDO, launching the “Give Extra, Get Extra” campaign for Wrigley’s Extra Gum and working with other clients including Bud Light, SC Johnson, Lay’s and Quaker Oats. Earlier in their career they helped launch the ongoing “Mayhem” campaign for Allstate while serving in associate creative director roles for Leo Burnett Chicago.

Dudkiewicz joins the agency from New York startup agency Highfield, where she also served as an associate creative director and oversaw creative on Hilton Hotels and Swedish clothing brand Gant. Her previous agency experience includes stints at FCB, Droga5, Leo Burnett and CP+B. Over the course of her career she has worked with brands including Burger King, Domino’s, Coke Zero, Under Armour, Quilted Northern, Air Wick, Hallmark, Tampax, and Secret Deodorant.

The new arrivals follow a previous expansion in March, which saw We Are Unlimited bring on six new hires, including executive creative directors Chris Moreira and Mark Schöller. In May, We Are Unlimited launched a “Speechless Thoughts” campaign featuring Charles Barkley and John Goodman. The following month, executive creative director Max Geraldo left the agency to join Arnold Worldwide .
