What is one tool you use all the time at work, and how does it inspire your work?

My prayer/vision board. It’s a group of visual pictures that help me focus around my “Why?”

Why is it your favorite?

I use it daily as it helps my focus and drive because I have identified my “why?” It allows me to dream big and speak big things while knowing I don’t have to have the answers for all of the big ideas and dreams.

How did you acquire your tool or hear about it for the first time?

I am on my eighth board. I acquired it over seven years ago from a book.

How does it help you be successful?

85% of everything I put on the board comes to fruition, so my only limits are my dreams.

Does it have sentimental value?

No, its just paper, but i keep on in my bag, desk and night stand.

You never know.
