-The Milk Processor Education Program, creative media consultancy Gale are back with the “You’re Gonna Need Milk for That” campaign, with Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. In it, he teams with animated milk for a dance challenge. As JuJu dances, GIFs of white and chocolate milk glasses and jugs dance alongside him. The #DoTheJuJu challenge is part of the new Got Milk? campaign.

-In-house agencies increased their reach during the pandemic and many also grew their teams, according to a recent report from the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF).

-Google’s two-minute “Year In Search” 2021 campaign video features a reel of the year’s the most influential moments.

-Adweek’s TV team has picked the 10 best TV shows of 2021.

-Havas New York and LGBTQ+ based nonprofit The Ali Forney Center have teamed with New York Magazine for “The Issue Within The Issue.” The magazine is dedicating 40% of the advertising space to educating readers about LGBTQ+ homelessness.

Bukola Garry, head of diversity, equality and inclusion at Adam&EveDDB, spoke at a roundtable event where Adweek brought together creative leaders from across the U.K. ad scene to talk about the future of talent and leadership.
