Creative duo Zoe Nash and Sali Horsey, who were previously at adam&eveDDB, have returned to the agency following three years at 4Creative, Channel 4’s in-house agency.

Amplify, global creative agency specialising in experience and culture, is increasing its U.S. presence with Zoe Lewis, head of client services becoming partner (U.S) and establishing a New York office. Lewis will be setting up Amplify’s New York office due to demand from its East Coast-based clients including Bloomberg, Meta and Pinterest.
AMV BBDO has hired Laura Rogers as the agency’s new executive creative director. Most recently, Rogers was managing creative director at Pablo.

Film studio and commercial production company Caviar has signed award-winning directing duo, Si&Ad, bringing their filmmaking skills to the U.S. Caviar will be the pair’s first representation in long-form.
Research technology agency Cint promoted Alesia Braga, its current chief technology officer to chief product and technology officer. The company also appointed Hind Moussaoui as executive vice president business strategy and operations. Bridget Bidlack, Cint’s current chief product officer, will step down from her role and leave the business.

Erich and Kallman has appointed Andrew Speyer as chief strategy officer. Speyer joins the agency after several years as a strategic consultant. His responsibilities include overseeing strategy practice across all departments.
Havas Media Network
Havas Media Network has appointed Joy Allen-Altimare as its new chief revenue officer in North America, overseeing the agency’s client experience, growth, and multicultural teams. Allen-Altimare will serve on the North American executive leadership team.
John Dunning has joined Boulder-based agency Human as president, having served in the past in similar roles at Dignifi, Recall Masters, Accelerate Ventures and others. The entrepreneur, fundraiser and operational executive will be responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the business.
Independent media agency The Kite Factory has hired Crisis’ Helen Radia to the role of strategy director, adding insight to the agency’s expertise in the charity sector. Radia has worked with The Kite Factory for over 12 years in client-side roles.
