This Friday, we’re taking a look at agencies around the world that have switched up their rosters to launch new initiatives, hone in on strengths or weaknesses and adjust to the changing market.

62Above

Jennifer Bollman joined 62Above as its vice president of media, responsible for planning and executing all client media campaigns. Bollman brings to the role her experience as senior media director at HLK in St. Louis, as well as over 12 years at Crispin Porter Bogusky.

Above+Beyond

Above+Beyond hired Shez Lord as creative director on its senior creative team to lead the Subway account. Lord comes from his previous role as an associate creative director at Wunderman Thompson, where he worked with brands including HSBC, Nestle, HSBC and BT.

BBH Entertainment

TV Producer Ali Fazel joined BBH Entertainment as its senior vice president, head of development and current programming. Having previously worked on shows including Shark Tank and with experience in music and sports, Fazel will work in his new role to lead development of premium entertainment content across television, feature film, documentary and more.

Bullitt and The Directors Bureau

Hillary Rogers joined creative advertising houses Bullitt and The Directors Bureau to serve as managing director. In this role, Rogers will oversee both companies’ operations in aligning creative, production, management and sales efforts.

Finn Partners

Finn Partners appointed Niko Felix as its newest partner within its global technology practice. In this position, Flex will lead development of integrated media programs, driving of new and organic growth opportunities and management of media strategy counsel across geographies.

Huge

Huge appointed four senior commerce leaders as it brought its new commerce channel to market. Marisa Todd joined as executive creative director, Katherine Jones-Siemsen as head of product and technology, Kim Nguyen as head of distributed commerce and Nina Osborn as head of strategy.

Just Global

B-2-B marketing agency Just Global brought on Kim Chrystie as its managing director, North America, to fuel the agency’s expanding global presence. Chrystie will focus on the agency’s North American operations, specifically in ensuring the success of client relationships.

Lexer

Lexer, a customer data platform built specifically for retailers, hired Ben Moreau as its new vice president, South East Asia. Coming from his previous 10-year stint at Experian, Lexer will use his operations and partner relationships background to drive Lexer to be the most impactful enabler of customer-centricity for progressive retail brands in his market.

MediaHub

Josh Williams was named as MediaHub U.K.’s new head of technology. Williams will lead the evolution of MediaHub’s advertising operations function, developing it into a more strategic function that can be consultative—and built on automation and artificial intelligence.

Ogilvy Paris

Ogilvy Paris brought on Benjamin Bregeault as creative director with the goal of accelerating agency transformation. Bregeault will work to development new multidisciplinary talents in the face of a changing market, drive business development at the agency and deliver for key clients.

RAPP U.K.

RAPP U.K. expanded its strategy team with two new leadership appointments. Jonathan Lemze will serve as head of social strategy and Jon Pollard as head of strategy, both reporting back to Caroline Parkes in her newly-promoted role as U.K. chief strategy officer.

RSA Films

RSA Films signed filmmaker Jonny Mass for commercial representation in the U.S. and U.K. Mass is currently a rising star and sought-after director, with experience working with BMW, Toyota, Porsche and Ducati.

Saatchi & Saatchi

Frank Goodwin was promoted to chief creative officer at Saatchi & Saatchi. An award-winning creative and filmmaker, Goodwin has been with the agency for almost 10 years, delivering notable work for clients like Direct Line and Deutsche Telekom.

Scibids

Erich Wasserman joined the board of global artificial intelligence leader for digital marketing, Scibids. Wasserman will focus on advising leadership in relation to global commercial, strategic partner and corporate development matters.

Sibling Rivalry Films

Director Bethany Mollenkof joined the roster of Sibling Rivalry Films, an independent creative production company known for working with HBO, Beats and BET. Mollenkof previously worked as a visual journalist at The Los Angeles Times.

Tagger Media

Kim Garcia joined social intelligence and influencer discovery platform Tagger Media as its chief marketing officer. Coming from previous roles at VaynerMedia and Discovery Communications, Garcia will manage global cross-channel marketing, digital media, content, social and experience—all with the goal of scaling Tagger.

Teads

Global media platforms Teads made a series of new hires across North America to supplement and scale business operations and solutions. Jennifer Werner joined as vice president Southest, Neala Brown as vice president of insights and Matthew Harris as vice president multicultural.

The Bloc

Dora Rivera joined The Bloc as executive vice president of integrated strategic. In this role, Rivera will work to redefine what health creative is capable of, aligning The Bloc’s talent, planning methodology and tools with the agency’s mission of building exceptional customer experiences.

The Social Standard

Influencer marketing agency The Social Standard hired two new members to its sales team to fuel company growth. Adam Hamer and Jonathan Chery joined as inside sales representatives, both reporting to chief revenue officer, Dylan Conroy.

Venables Bell + Partners

Venables Bell + Partners brought on Jasmine Clark as its new head of strategy. In this role, Clark will spearhead the company’s strategy efforts across holistic brand-building disciplines, ensuring the development of exceptional and impactful work for clients.

Wavemaker

Radhika Radhakrishnan joined Wavemaker as its new global chief financial officer. A part of the global leadership team in London, Radhakrishnan will lead finance, commercial, compliance and legal, as well as create and manage best in class sustainable commercial relationships with new and existing clients.
