Hiring season is staying strong as holiday season commences, with new executives gearing up to drive strategic growth in 2024.

Accenture Song

Accenture Song named Camille Ying as its first head of brand design. Ying will work to unite design and brand strategy as the agency evolves its commitment to tech powered creativity.

Digitas EMEA

Publicis Groupe welcomed Sam Hawkey back to its family as CEO of Digitas EMEA. Hawkey will work to accelerate the agency network’s growth across EMEA.

Edelman

Edelman named Taj Reid as its new chief creative officer. Reid will work to amplify the integration of creative and technology across the company.

Frameplay

Frameplay brought on two new executive c-suite employees to its team. Sandy Shanman was appointed as COO and Vishal Arora as CTO.

G&A

G&A added three new team members to strengthen its creative capabilities. Christopher Fung will serve as head of interactive design, Anthony Dong as head of exhibition design and Christina Latina as senior graphic designer.

Great State

Great State appointed Jinny Mitchell-Kent and David Chandler as joint managing directors. The two will work together as the driving force behind a new era of Great State, combining consulting and tech partnership with creativity.

Harmelin Media

Harmelin Media elevated Janine Cross to executive vp. Cross will lead media activation, including digital, video, audio, display, out-of-home and print.

IBM

Ogilvy appointed Denise Zurilgen and Lauren Costa as global executive creative directors for IBM. The two will work to drive the creative vision and cultural impact of the brand.

Juice Media

Juice Media made two new c-suite appoints to drive customer impact. Sachin Gupta will serve as chief technology officer and Jeff Mayo as chief product officer.

Mother in New York

Mother in New York appointed Nedal Ahmed as executive creative director. Ahmed brings experience from creative leadership roles at Google Creative Lab and Wieden+Kennedy Tokyo.

My Code

My Code named Edgar Hernandez as chief strategy officer. Hernandez will lead the agency’s strategy initiatives across sales and media for all owned and operated platforms.

Mycotoo

Mycotoo made two new directorial appointments. Michael Wilder was named director of production and Jessica Herrera was named director of business development.

Ogilvy

Carla Hendra, global CEO of Ogilvy Consulting, is retiring in 2024. Hendra has spent more than three decades at the company, holding a range of leadership positions across clients, geographies and businesses. 

Pathlabs

Pathlabs welcomed Morgan Welch as vp of marketing. Welch joins from her previous role as vp of marketing for Simpli.fi.

Publicis Groupe

Chris Boothe was named COO for Publicis Groupe marketing services U.S., which he will take on in addition to his current role as COO of Publicis Media, U.S. Tim Jones, the longtime COO for Publicis Groupe U.S., is retiring.

Publicis Health

Publicis Health appointed Stephen Farquhar as its new CEO. Farquhar will lead all Publicis Health businesses in the U.S., including the healthcare agencies at Digitas Health, Heartbeat, Razorfish Health and Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, as well as additional healthcare speciality agencies.

Quigley-Simpson

Quigley-Simpson made two new executive leadership appointments. Jeff Ratner will now serve as president of media, analytics and data, and Mark Piazza as COO.

RSA Films

RSA Films welcomed directors Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck to its roster for commercial representation. This news comes after the duo’s new feature Freaky Tales was selected as part of the Sundance Film Festival 2024 premiers lineup.

Seedtag

Seedtag named Chad Shulte as svp, U.S. agency partnerships and strategy. Shulte will work to deepen and enhance Seedtag’s holding company partnerships by connecting them with AI marketing applications.

Spark Foundry U.K.

Spark Foundry U.K. named three executives to leadership roles as it approaches its next phase of agency growth. Marcos Angelides and Kate Anthony were named as joint managing directors and Nigel Waring was appointed as chief operating officer.

SRW Agency
SRW Agency named Kate Weidner as its new chief strategy officer. Additionally, the agency promoted Nicole Teeters to senior vp of strategy, and hired Marissa Yennie as associate strategy director and Steve Eanet as director of impact.

SS+K

SS+K named Nadja Bellan-White as its new CEO. Bellan-White comes from her previous role as global CMO of Vice Media Group, and brings experience leading brand work for clients like American Express, LG Electronics and Coca-Cola.

The&Partnership

The&Partnership appointed Alex Dobson as creative strategy lead, U.S. Dobson joined the agency in 2019 and previously served as strategy director, playing a pivotal role in the success of the Mars account, while also overseeing campaigns for Skittles, Snickers and Extra Gum.

The Martin Agency

The Martin Agency promoted Katie White to its first director of sustainability. White, who has been an advocate for the environment since joining the agency eight years ago, will leverage her environmental expertise and account management experience to create climate-conscious strategies for clients.

Truthset Data Collective

Kevin Dean was appointed as general manager at Truthset Data Collective. Dean will bring together leading data providers and spearhead collaborative initiatives to create a more sustainable industry.

Wavelength

Wavelength made three new appointments to strengthen its leadership team. Dan Bowen was promoted to senior vp of branded content, Mike Prall was promoted to vp of productions and Lynsey Gray was hired as head of PR.
