Amplified Intelligence named Anthony Capano evp global head of SaaS. Capano brings 25 years of commercial experience working with clients including Woolworths, David Jones, Telstra and Westpac.

Mexico-based independent agency Archer Troy is entering the U.S. market under the leadership as Chany D’Amelio as partner and chief creative officer. D’Amelio brings significant industry experience from renowned agencies including Leo Burnett and Ogilvy.

Bloom

Bloom welcomed Caroline Ayling as its new president. Additionally, Hannah Dempsey was named director of operations and Kelly Cuesta was named director of membership.

Borabora studios

Borabora studios named Luis Uribe as its new partner and design director. Based out of Cologne, Uribe will work with clients including Samsung, Montblanc and BMW.

ColinKurtis Advertising

ColinKurtis Advertising promoted Kristen Mattingly to senior account director. Mattingly will oversee key accounts, helping them to manage and identify client needs.

Crosswind 

Crosswind Media and Public Relations welcomed April Dang as its new general manager. Dang will oversee all agency operations, manage project execution and oversee team performance.

Cutter Entertainment

Cutter Entertainment signed director Severine Reisp to its creative roster for representation. Reisp is known for her work with brands including Nike, Cartier and Rolex, as well as her short films which have earned awards for best dance film and best cinematography.

Dragon Rouge Singapore

Dragon Rouge Singapore made two new senior hires to bolster its leadership team. Saraubh Singh was named general manager and Cecylia Grendowicz was named strategy director.

Fair Folk

Fair Folk made three promotions of employees to partner. The new partners include creative directors Emily Nollet and Amanda Roberts as well as director and head of production Dave Shaw.

Gut Amsterdam

Gut Amsterdam welcomed Alex Romero and Gastón Gual as creative directors. Romero and Gual bring a wealth of experience partnering with clients including Stella Artois, Globant and Coca-Cola, earning them multiple awards, including a Grand Prix and a silver at Cannes Lions 2023.

Identity

Identity signed Sage Bennett to its roster for representation. The filmmaker is known for her creative and emotion-filled content spanning commercials to short films.

Incubeta

Incubeta appointed Jacques van Niekerk as its new global CEO. Van Niekerk brings leadership experience from agencies including WPP Digital and Wunderman Thompson.

Industria Creative

Industria Creative welcomed Samantha Ouelette as its new manager director. Oulette was formerly general manager of Create & Cultivate, an integrated media company.

Ingredient named Shane Robbins as its new senior director. Robbins will offer comprehensive support to the account team, while also working directly with clients seeking guidance on digital marketing strategy and implementation.

John McNeil Studio

John McNeil Studio made two new hires to bolster its growth. Sonia Minden was named head of strategy and Tara Hajian was named director of operations. Both join Gerald Lewis and Kim Le Liboux on the agency’s newly formed leadership team.

MP&F

MP&F welcomed Vince Skyers as its first-ever executive creative officer. Skyers brings more than 20 years of experience in design and branding for companies including Sony, Allure and Brides Magazine.

Phaedon

Phaedon named Mary Carter as its new chief revenue and strategy officer. Carter will lead teams to accelerate the agency’s growth and client experience.

Publishers Clearing House Media appointed Ed Leahy as senior director of sales, North America. Leahy brings over 10 years of leadership experience in data sales and marketing technology.

Quigley-Simpson is strengthening its talent team with two new hires. Michele Boersma joined as vp, talent and culture and Suzie Bao, group account director, adds culture and inclusion to her title.

RSA Films

RSA Films welcomed Jenni Sprunger as executive producer. Sprunger brings over twenty years of experience working with brands including State Farm, PetSmart, TaylorMade and Tinder.

Sonic Union signed Mike Orsini from Norelation for independent creative representation. Orsini brings 11 years of experience as a rep in advertising.

Tinuiti made two appointments to strengthen its client servicing and innovation. Gisela Germano was named evp, managing director, enterprise and Simon Poulton was named evp, innovation.

VaynerMedia

VaynerMedia named Mike Feldman as its new svp, global head of retail media. The move comes as a larger initiative of the agency to expand its retail media capabilities to meet client demand.

WildFig

WildFig promoted Zackary Collevechio to data scientist. Collevechio will lead the development of advanced analytical solutions to assistant clients with business and marketing decisions.

Zenith named Gregg Manias as its new evp of performance media. Manias will work to deliver measurable results through a data-driven approach to performance media.
