Revolving Door Roster Updates: BBDO, Criteo, Ogilvy & More

Agency execs around the world are taking on new posts for 2024 in this week’s roster updates.

Accenture

Accenture welcomed Olof Schybergson as head of design and digital products. In this role, he leads a global team of designers, strategists, engineers, product experts, and data and AI gurus to develop and design key products and services for leading companies.

Ammunition

Ammunition is growing its leadership team after achieving 70% growth in 2023. Alex Russell joined as chief creative officer and Ankur Goel joined as chief operating officer.

BBDO

BBDO welcomed Xavier Rees to its network as group CEO of AMV Group. Joining from his previous role as group CEO of Havas Creative, Rees will oversee AMV BBDO and Redwood BBDO.

BMB

BMB made two new key appointments to its leadership team. Flora Joll was appointed as head of strategy and Matt Bonny was promoted to head of growth.

Criteo

Melanie Zimmermann joined Criteo as general manager, global retail media. Zimmermann will work to build and scale Criteo’s retail media business while also developing global sales strategy.

DDB North America

DDB North America hired Micheline Grace Lewis as its new chief people officer. Lewis brings years of experience in key people roles at Mother Industries, JP Morgan Chase and Ernst & Young.

GYK Antler

GYK Antler made two new senior creative hires as it works to advance its in-house offerings. Adam Telian will serve as head of media and Sarah Spitz will serve as head of production, management and operations.

Legion Creative

Legion Creative made two new hires as part of a larger strategic expansion into A/V. Karin Levinson and Dan Wolf joined as co-heads of A/V and streaming.

Ogilvy

Ogilvy performance advertising agency Eicoff named Delia Marshall as its new president. Taking over for Bill McCabe, who is retiring after 40 years at the agency, Marshall will lead strategic direction, operations, business development and growth.

Rise at Seven

Rise at Seven named Ryan McNamara as head of operations. McNamara will work to enhance account and project resourcing, implement new reporting formats and streamline processes across the Rise at Seven group.

Sovrn

Sovrn hired Isaac Schechtman as vice president of product, ad exchange. Schechtman will evolve the ad exchange’s product strategy and lead go-to-market strategy execution to drive adoption and revenue growth.

VideoAmp

VideoAmp made several key updates to its leadership team. CEO Ross McCray is transitioning to founder, board member and shareholder, Peter Liguori is assuming the role of executive chairman and Peter Bradbury is joining as chief commercial and growth officer.
